Diwali corporate gifting, without the last-minute stress
Every October the same questions arrive: how many days do we need, can names go on the pieces, what about boxes, and can it be delivered to each person? Here is how a corporate gifting order works at Leh Pashmina, so you can plan it in one sitting.
1. Start with four numbers
Before you ask for options, decide: how many pieces, your budget per piece, the date you need them by, and whether the gifts carry names. With these four, Archana can send a matching selection the same day. Without them, you get a general catalogue and the back-and-forth starts.
2. Timelines that hold
Pieces from stock can go out immediately. Names in crystals take 3–4 days after you approve the spelling. Hand embroidery and large orders are timed on WhatsApp, because they depend on the work. For Diwali, send your final list of names at least a week before you need the gifts.
3. Stoles, mufflers or shawls?
Stoles and mufflers suit mixed teams: one size, easy to wear, easy to pack. Shawls make a stronger gift for senior clients and partners. Many companies order two tiers: stoles or mufflers for the team, shawls for the leadership and key clients. Every piece is labelled with its exact composition, so you know what you are giving.
4. Names, initials and logos
A name in crystals turns a shawl into a personal gift, and it is the single thing recipients mention most. Up to 25 letters, in any script on request. Logos and message cards can be added to the packaging rather than the piece, so the gift stays wearable.
5. Packaging and delivery
Each piece goes into a branded box or pouch. Orders can be delivered to your office in one shipment, or sent to individual recipients with your message card. Tell us which when you confirm.
6. The process in three steps
Tell us the brief. Archana curates a selection with box options and prices. You approve the pieces, spelling and colours in writing, and we pack and deliver. For a quick start, use the gifting planner: it gives you a proposal PDF to share internally and sends the details to Archana.
